Privacy Policy

Truth Radar is operated by Brayden's Automations LLC (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@truthradar.xyz.

Sign-up. When you create an account we collect your email address, your name, and optionally your firm and role. Your credentials are held by our authentication provider, not by us — we never see or store your password.

Payment. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We keep only your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, and its status, so we know whether your account is active.

Watchlists and delivery settings. The keywords, tickers, Telegram chat identifiers and webhook URLs you configure. These reveal what you are watching, so we treat them as confidential and never share, sell, aggregate or analyze them across clients.

We keep a delivery log recording which alerts were sent to which watchlist and whether delivery succeeded. This exists for troubleshooting and for your own audit trail.

We record standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

Error logs. When something on the platform fails we record what failed, when, and a technical detail such as an error message. Where a failure belongs to a specific account — an alert we could not deliver to your Telegram, for example — the record is linked to that account so we can fix it. These logs exist to keep the service working and are visible only to us.

Visit measurement. We count page views on our own site so we can see which pages are read and how long a visit lasts, and improve the site accordingly. For each page view we record: the page path, a broad operating-system category (such as “macOS” or “Windows”), a broad browser category, whether the visitor was signed in, and the time.

We deliberately do not record, alongside those page views, your IP address, your full browser user-agent string, or anything after the ? in a web address, which can contain things you have typed. There is no third-party analytics service, no advertising network, and nothing that can follow you to any other website.

To avoid counting the same person repeatedly we generate two random identifiers and store them in your browser: one that persists so a returning reader is not counted twice, and one that lasts only until you close the tab, which is what lets us measure the length of a single visit. Neither is derived from anything about you or your device, and neither is shared. What we see is a count — that a number of people read a page and stayed a certain time — not a record of who did what. Clearing your browser storage resets both.

Truth Radar analyzes posts that are already public on Truth Social. We do not collect private messages, non-public account data, or anything behind a login on that platform. Monitored accounts are public figures and organizations whose posts are published openly.

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in.

We also store the two random measurement identifiers described in section 3 in your browser's local and session storage. They are first-party: only this site can read them, and they are used solely to count visits to this site.

There is no advertising cookie, no third-party analytics or marketing cookie, and no cross-site tracking of any kind on this site.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. We use a small number of processors strictly to run the service: hosting and edge delivery, managed database hosting, our language-model provider for post classification, and Telegram for message delivery where you have chosen it. Post content sent for classification is public post content, not your data.

We may disclose information where legally required, or where necessary to protect our rights or the security of the service.

Access requests that do not become accounts are deleted within twelve months. Client account data is retained for the life of the agreement and deleted within ninety days of termination, except where we must retain records to meet a legal obligation. Delivery logs are retained for twelve months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email privacy@truthradar.xyz and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Dashboard access requires authentication, and every client query is scoped to that client's own records. The inbound push endpoint is signature-verified and rejects unsigned requests. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access the service from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Truth Radar is a business product sold to institutions. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes, and will notify active clients by email of material changes before they take effect.
