Terms of Service

Last updated 17 August 2026

These terms govern access to and use of Truth Radar. By requesting access, signing in, or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a firm rather than yourself, you represent that you are authorized to bind that firm, and “you” means both.

1. The service

Truth Radar is operated by Brayden's Automations LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Truth Radar monitors publicly available posts from designated public accounts, classifies them for market relevance, associated assets and expected direction, and delivers matching results to channels you configure. We offer it as a monthly subscription. If we have also signed a separate order or subscription agreement with you, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

The service is offered to individuals and firms, and you must be at least 18 to use it.

2. Not investment advice

Truth Radar is an information and analytics tool. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument, and not an offer or solicitation. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the service.

Classifications, tickers, direction labels and confidence scores are machine-generated interpretations that can be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for every trading and investment decision you make, and for your own compliance, suitability and risk controls. Past output is not indicative of future results.

3. No affiliation

Truth Radar is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to Truth Social, Trump Media & Technology Group Corp., any monitored account holder, or any data provider we use. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Accounts and access

An account is for one named person. Credentials may not be shared, resold, or used by more than one individual — if others at your firm need access, each needs their own subscription. You are responsible for activity under your credentials, for keeping your contact email accurate, and for telling us promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Sign-up is self-serve: you create an account, pay by card, and access begins as soon as the payment is confirmed. We may decline or suspend an account for non-payment, security risk, or breach of these terms; except where the risk requires acting immediately, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

share your login; resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute the output beyond yourself and, if you subscribed for a firm, that firm, without our written agreement; scrape, mirror or bulk-export the service other than through the delivery mechanisms we provide; use the service to attempt market manipulation or any unlawful purpose; reverse-engineer the classification system; or use the output to train a competing model or product.

6. Fees, renewal and cancellation

Truth Radar is a monthly subscription at the rate shown when you sign up. Fees are in US dollars, charged in advance for each monthly period, and exclusive of any taxes you owe. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our systems.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings, without contacting us; if you would rather we did it, email access@truthradar.xyz and we will confirm in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again. We do not pro-rate or refund a period that has already begun, except where the law requires it or where the service was materially unavailable for an extended part of that period.

Our list price will rise over time. If you are already subscribed, that increase does not apply to you: you keep the rate you signed up on for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption. If we ever do need to change your rate, we will give you at least thirty days' notice by email, and the new rate only applies from your next renewal — you can cancel before then. Restarting a cancelled subscription means signing up at the rate current at that time.

We sometimes grant free or discounted access for evaluation or feedback. That access is provided as-is, may be time-limited, and we may end or convert it to a paid subscription on notice. Everything else in these terms still applies to it.

7. Availability and latency

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it absent a separate service-level agreement. Detection speed depends on upstream sources outside our control, including the platform being monitored and our data providers. Latency figures shown in the dashboard are measured historical results, not commitments, and delivery through third parties such as Telegram is subject to their availability. We may perform maintenance and may modify the service, giving notice of materially adverse changes where practical.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, the classification system and its output format. Subject to these terms and payment of fees, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and its output for your own internal purposes — or your firm's, if you subscribed for a firm — during your subscription. You retain all rights in your watchlists and configuration.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms. We treat your watchlists, delivery configuration and usage as your confidential information.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that classifications will be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost trading opportunity or trading losses, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of your use of the service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these terms.

13. Term and termination

These terms apply for as long as you have access. You may cancel at any time as described in section 6. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not fixed within thirty days of written notice, and we may stop offering the service entirely on thirty days' notice, in which case we refund any period you have paid for beyond that date. On termination your access ends and we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy; export anything you want to keep before then. Sections 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 survive.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in New York County have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify active clients by email before material changes take effect. Questions: legal@truthradar.xyz.
